Representatives from CWC attended the 18th Annual Cauliflower Festival at the Village Park in Margaretville to connect with festival attendees and to educate about our programs.
Spooky fun, outdoor activities and delicious treats were enjoyed by CWC Staff and local patrons on this Trick-or-Treat trail at the Catskill Recreation Center in Arkville, NY.
Along with providing cleanup materials and tokens of appreciation to groups and individuals who volunteer to clean litter and debris from our waterways, CWC staff got their hands dirty and participated in a yearly cleanup along County Route 38, in Arkville, NY.
The Water Discovery Center hosted a talk with Dr. Sara Ahmed, founder of Living Waters Museum, a virtual museum focused on India’s water heritage on “Water Stories: History, Cooperation, Conflict and Challenges.”

CWC and DEP watched in awe as two red tailed hawks who had been rescued and rehabilitated were released back into their natural habitats!
